Contractual Assistant Teacher / PhD Student

I'm a 25 y/o cs enthusiast. I am currently working at the CITI Lab in Lyon, France. I am interested in Machine Learning, embedded systems, and AI ethics. For the past four years, my work has focused on integrating Artificial Intelligence into miniature radio-enabled sensors. Alongside my research activities, I have also had the opportunity to teach, an experience I found deeply rewarding. Engaging with students enabled me not only to share my expertise but also to refine, deepen, and consolidate my own understanding of the subject matter.

  • 128h minimum face-to-face teachings (mostly Python)
  • I continued the research initiated during my PhD on the energy consumption of sensors in a federated learning context. This position allows me to secure funding for my PhD until its defense while also continuing my teaching activities.
  • Espressif (esp-idf, arduino-esp32, esp-rs)
  • Digital electronics (ADC, DSP, I2C, SPI)
  • Radio experimentation (Wi-Fi, BLE, 802.15.4)
  • Energy measurements: hardware (PPK2), software (codecarbon)
  • Network simulation/emulation with NS3 (C++, Wireshark)
